How does Tixxly work?
Tixxly uses AI and LLMs (large language models) to talk to you about what is you want to do. We'll then access large amounts of data to personalise your itineraries. You can ask us anything you want about tours, activities, excursions and experiences and we’ll make suggestions based on what we know you’re going to want to do. We’re only just starting so we expect to be able to provide you with much more very soon.

Where does Tixxly look for its answers?
We partner with providers like Viator, Musement and 1000s of local providers to give you the right answers. And we work with multiple AI LLMs for the conversational part of Tixxly.

How do I make sure the suggestions are as personalised as possible?
That’s pretty easy. Just answer the few questions in the 'Personalise' section of the website and we’ll make suggestions based on what we know you love. You can also be as specific as you like when you ask us questions related to what it is you're looking for, for example where you're going, how long you're going for, and what you’re interested in seeing or doing.

If I have an issue with a booking who do I contact?
Just check your booking confirmation or voucher, and on there you should see the contact details of the partner. Please contact them directly to help resolve the issue. If you’re not able to reach our partner then you can contact us directly using the contact form found here.
