Accessibility Statement

    Platform default. Individual suppliers may publish their own accessibility information which takes precedence at the product level.

    1. Commitment

    Tixxly is committed to making travel experiences discoverable and bookable by as many people as possible. This statement describes the accessibility of the Tixxly platform itself. Per-experience accessibility information is provided by each tour and activity supplier on their storefront and product pages.

    2. Platform Conformance

    The Tixxly platform aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test against this standard continuously and resolve identified issues in the order they are reported.

    3. Supported Assistive Technologies

    The platform is tested with current versions of VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS, and with keyboard-only navigation. We support a high-contrast mode and respect the user's operating-system reduced-motion preference.

    4. Per-Experience Accessibility

    Physical accessibility of an experience, including wheelchair access, step-free entry, audio description, sign language interpretation, and sensory considerations, is the responsibility of the tour and activity supplier offering that experience. Where the supplier has published accessibility information for a specific product, the product's accessibility URL points to it. Where they have not, this platform statement is used as a placeholder.

    5. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

    If you encounter a barrier on the platform itself, email accessibility@tixxly.ai with a description of the issue, the page or flow where it occurs, and the assistive technology you are using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.

    6. Feedback to Suppliers

    For accessibility questions about a specific experience, contact the supplier directly using the contact details published on their storefront. Tixxly does not control on-the-ground accessibility but will pass on persistent or systemic feedback to suppliers.

    This statement may be updated from time to time. The version published at this URL at the moment of booking is the version that applies.
